Hearing Srecko Cvetanov Application

On 6 March 2012 the Commission publicly heard an application from Srecko (Alec) Cvetanov. Mr Cvetanov's wife Dr Tamara Cvetanova died in the collapsed CTV building on 23 February 2011.

The hearing involved legal submissions as to the proper interpretation of the Commission's Terms of Reference
