Prior to hearings about the PGC building, CTV building,  Other Individual Buildings Whose Failure Resulted in Loss of Life, Hotel Grand Chancellor and Forsyth Barr buildings, and Building Assessments after the Canterbury Earthquakes, affected parties and interested persons for each hearing were able to read all documents, evidence and other material relevant to that hearing via a secure document access system.
